Marian Retreat Centre, Anakkara warmly invites all to join the Feast of Maria Rosa Mystica on Sunday, 13th July. In preparation for the feast, Marian is organizing a Eucharistic Adoration and Chain Rosary starting at 6.00 am on 9th July and concluding at 11.00 am on 13th of July. Chain Rosary is recited before the Blessed Sacrament continuously during this hundred and one hour period.
We are entering these days with the special intention of offering our prayers for the sanctification of the world, conversion of sinners, and also for the divine protection of our families and dear ones. It will be a grace- filled spiritual gathering spending time with Maria Rosa Mystica, the Mystical Rose and Mother of our Church. We join her in interceding for the whole world in a spirit of penance and reparation. Our prayers are aimed at an increased outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon the Church, conversion of sinners, healing and deliverance for the afflicted, and sanctification of the whole world.
TIMELINE:
Wednesday 9th July 6.00 am Holy Eucharist is exposed for Adoration: Chain Rosary for 101 hours starts
Sunday 13th July 11.00 am Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and Chain Rosary ends with common Adoration and Rosary led by Rev. Fr. Dominic Valanmanal. It will be followed by Holy Mass and special prayers for the intercession of Maria Rosa Mystica. Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin is also envisaged on the feast day.
