The convention, which ran from August 28th to September 1st, drew people from across India, eager to experience the grace of Jesus Christ. The event was led by the renowned Rev. Fr. Dominic Valanmanal, Director of the Marian Retreat Centre in Anakkara, an international preacher known for healing and deliverance ministry. During Eucharistic Adoration, many attendees felt the touch of Jesus, bringing them healing and spiritual transformation.

Extensive arrangements were made to accommodate the large number of devotees, with a large pandal and other facilities meticulously organized under the leadership of Rev. Fr. Augustine Koottiyaniyil, the Vicar Archpriest of Kuravilangad Church, and Rev. Asst. Vicars. The convention was not just an event but a spiritual journey that brought thousands closer to the heart of Jesus, reaffirming the church’s long-standing legacy as a icon of faith in India.

On the final day of the convention, a heartfelt and profound thanksgiving address was delivered by Very Rev. Dr. Augustine Koottiyaniyil, the Arch Priest of the Major Archiepiscopal Marth Mariam Archdeacon Pilgrim Church. His speech was a moving reflection of the deep gratitude felt by all those who had been touched by the grace and blessings of the convention. Central to his message was a deep reverence and honour for the Holy Mother Mary, whose intercession was acknowledged as pivotal to the success and spiritual impact of the event.

Very Rev. Dr. Koottiyaniyil emphasized the powerful role of the Heavenly Mother Mary, particularly under her title of Mother Rosa Mystica, in guiding the faithful closer to Jesus. He described how the Marian Retreat Centre at Anakkara, under the patronage of the Holy Mother, became a beacon of divine grace, leading the attendees towards a deeper relationship with Christ. The Arch Priest expressed profound gratitude to the Holy Mother, stating that it was through her maternal care and intercession that the faithful were able to experience the transformative power of the Word of God.

In his address, he also highlighted the role of Rev. Fr. Dominic Valanmanal, noting how his anointed ministry was a vessel through which the Heavenly Mother worked to bring about spiritual renewal. Very Rev. Dr. Koottiyaniyil praised Fr. Dominic as a servant of God and an instrument of the Holy Mother Mary, who led the faithful in breaking the chains of evil and receiving the grace of God.

As a token of deep appreciation and a symbol of the close relationship between the church community and the Heavenly Mother Mary, a symbolic image of the Holy Mother was presented to Fr. Dominic. This gesture was not only a recognition of Fr. Dominic’s tireless work but also a reminder of the enduring protection and guidance of the Heavenly Mother over the church and its faithful.

The speech also acknowledged the collective efforts of the many priests, ministers, and volunteers who contributed to the convention. Special thanks were given to those who devoted themselves to prayer, especially invoking the intercession of the Holy Mother Mary. The convention was portrayed as a testament to the power of faith, unity, and the maternal care of the Holy Mother, who continually guides her children towards Jesus.

The 9th Kuravilangad Krupabhishekam Bible Convention 2024 will be remembered not only for the powerful moments of prayer, worship, and healing but also for the deep devotion to the Holy Mother Mary, who, through her intercession, made this event a profound spiritual experience for all.
