‘Let the children come to me, and do not stop them; for it is too such as these that the kingdom of heaven belongs’ (Mt 19:14). Jesus was so fond of little children and it is His wish that children be brought up in good Catholic faith. Drawing inspiration from the words of the Lord, Marian Retreat Centre has dedicated every second Saturday of the month especially for Lord’s little friends. On this day Krupabalyam (Grace-filled Childhood) they come to Marian Retreat Centre and attend Bible classes from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm. These sessions encourage them to lead a holy life in a world that is flooded with sin. It is our endeavour to inculcate in the children the strong feeling that God did not call them to impurity but in holiness’ (1 Thes 4:7). The program is open to children above the age of 10 years. Prior booking is not required and they can register their names upon arrival.
